The session is free and open to the public.

11:00 am - Property Owners Session and lunch

The Future of your Property in a Revitalized Downtown

Private lunch meeting with property and bona fide main street business owners to discuss what you can do to improve your bottom line.  Others will be admitted on a space available basis at a cost of $15.00 (our cost of lunch). This will be a practical, no-nonsense session for property owners to learn about how to improve the tenant experience, what drives property values, and why you may want to rethink things like signage, operational hours, and curb appeal.

1:00 pm - Main Street Merchants presentation and round table discussion

The Future of your Business in a Revitalized Downtown

Historic Downtown Brigham City is one of the 15 most beautiful main streets in the United States according to Architectural Digest magazine. It has great potential with three very unique attractions. First, it is the entry point to Utah's Famous Fruit Way; second it is home to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, and finally, it has a deep connection to the world of dance - especially American Classical Ballet - as the hometown of the Willam, Harold, & Lew Christensen, three brothers who transformed dance in the American West.

In this session you will learn how to collaborate as a group of merchants, communicate more effectively, and profit from building a cohesive brand - around which you can leverage your own marketing activities. This session will be interactive, with an opportunity to ask specific questions, address concerns, and get into the details of your business on Main Street.
